Warm Welcome

Resident hosts: Sally and Bob Brearley. 
You can expect a warm welcome at Home Close from the Brearley family (human, Border Collie and pony). A dwelling on this site was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The house was once part of a farm on the Beaulieu Estate. Now our family home set in two acres of grounds, it remains surrounded by Forest and farmland.
It is an ideal place to stay for visitors to Beaulieu, Exbury and Southampton.  It is just five minutes drive to the small ferry in Hythe which whisks foot passengers across the river to the city centre (20 minutes) many times each day.
There is a wide choice of good country pubs - the nearest a 300m walk - and restaurants for evening meals in the surrounding area. We are always pleased to advise on somewhere to suit your mood.
